Wir haben für 9 Tage(10/23) 2 Ferienhäuser mit 14 Personen in Solanas(Sardinien) bezogen. Die Häuser sind traumhaft, alles was das Herz begehrt ist in der Einrichtung zu finden. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde sofort weitergeholfen.
Der wunderschöne Strand von Solanas ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Im Ort gibt es Restaurants, eine kleine Bar mit angrenzenden Geschäft wo man das nötigste bekommt.
Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Appartamento grande e confortevole con vista incredibile su una piccola baia. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno nel sud della Sardegna e potremmo tornare con gli amici, poiché l’appartamento ha più spazio di quanto avessimo bisogno.

If you like being in the center of the action ("the little square") and facing the Marina with beautiful boats and yachts, the place is perfect! The view from the terrace is incredible. The apartment is as described and very comfortable with 2 bedrooms (plus another small one in the mezzanine) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is a little small but well stocked. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

Casa che dire bella è poco. Immersa nel verde, privacy garantita, accessoriata e ristrutturata di recente. Comunicazione con gli host perfetta. Una menzione speciale a Super Gigi che in poche ore ha risolto un imprevisto non da poco (e di domenica). Posizione strategica vicina alle bellissime spiagge locali (pochi minuti di auto) e con la superstrada a portata di mano puoi arrivare facilmente ovunque. Grazie mille per lo splendido soggiorno!

Le logement est excellent si vous recherchez la solitude. Il y a encore 2 maisons de vacances à proximité, mais celles-ci n’étaient pas habitées. La propriété est située sur une colline, l’allée est très raide. Pour faire du shopping, il faut une voiture. Les grandes plages se situent à environ 20 minutes du logement. L’appartement était propre, la cour/jardin était fantastique ! Il y a d’innombrables moustiques, mais cet été, c’était comme ça dans toute la Sardaigne. Malheureusement, il y avait toujours une rue de fourmis dans l’appartement, donc rien ne pouvait rester sur le sol, pas même les sacs à dos. Mais c’est aussi le cas de la plupart des hébergements. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et salués. Malheureusement, nos enfants ont cassé des plats. Mais ce n’était pas un problème. Nous avons pu en acheter et remplacer nous-mêmes de nouveaux. Dans l’ensemble, l’équipement était vaste. Par exemple, de nombreux ustensiles de plage (parapluie, jeux, etc.)

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce logement. La vue est très belle et la situation agréable sur les hauteurs de la ville. Le logement est accessible par un long chemin de terre, veuillez apporter une voiture adaptée. Nous avons eu des petits problèmes d’électricité lors de notre séjour normal en Sardaigne. Le personnel s’est montré réactif et arrangeant pour nous permettre de compenser ces désagréments.

The house is tastefully furnished with a breathtaking view. The staff was very helpful and reachable at any time. The driveway is a dirt road. You can also walk to the beach but it takes 15 minutes downhill. We really enjoyed our stay and the wifi is free. Anyway, thanks for a nice four days! I would recommend the location when visiting the south!

Great service, well-equipped facility, quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to the beach, lots of small eateries and grocery stores nearby, help with organizing transfers from the airport.

Casa in una location naturale splendida in cima ad una collina con vista imperdibile mare. Tutto molto fedele alle foto. Aria condizionata in tutte le 3 stanze, 2 frigoriferi ed anche un freezer; terrazzo comodissimo ed enorme, abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori a colazione, pranzo e cena con vista mare. Tutto molto funzionale, proprietà privata, con posteggio auto coperto da tetto di legno. Spiagge a 5 min d’auto di distanza, mare imperdibile

The pool is great and cleaned daily. The property is huge so our dog felt very comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and in the kitchen you will find everything you need. It’s very lonely there, but we liked it. The on-site communication works only in Italian, he is super nice and helpful, but with Belocations in English perfectly fine. There is a cute pet cat who came to visit us every day. There is a small supermarket in the village and delicious Italian dishes in the restaurant da Momo for little money.

We had a really nice stay here! It was small, quiet, and beautiful in Solanas. The house is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and other restaurants. Such a cute place

Loved staying in this lovely house with a beautiful terrace and an amazing view. The rooms are great, but the best part is certainly the outdoor space: a great place to relax, socialize and enjoy the sunrise and the changing sea and island views. It is also only a 5min walk to the nearest beach if you fancy a swim. The rooms and bathrooms inside are also comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen could use more (natural or artificial) light, but besides that a wonderful place which I would not hesitate to recommend and where I would have pleasure to come back to.

My and my friends had a really nice stay here! It was small, quiet, and beautiful in Solanas. The house is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and other restaurants. Such a cute place

Perfectly located and tasteful equipped flat. overwhelming view on the harbor and island in front of the coast of beautiful Puntaldia. Host is super nice and always available. We loved the spirit of this locations, the view and the lovely arranged handicraft details like typical Sardinian curtains, pillows and pictures on the walls. Dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge plus freezer and an induction cooker made life easy... Always again! to be honest - everything was like we wanted it to be.

The apartment is as described. Everything was spotlessly clean and well prepared.
We (two families with 4 adults and 3 children) spent a wonderful week in Solanas. The kids enjoyed their own room (two bunk beds), both parents had a private bedroom with comfortable mattresses (one mattress was brand new). Two bathrooms with two very practical toilets. Each window is equipped with fully functional mosquito nets, it is possible to shower on site even after check-out.
The distance from the splendid beach is very close (5 minutes on foot), even for a take-away pizza for sunset evenings.
The contacts are very helpful and respond within minutes. They helped us with all kinds of activities (car rentals, restaurants, shopping options). Thanks again!

Nous avons passé une trés agréable semaine dans cette demeure pleine de charme. La vue sur la mer depuis la piscine est magique ! Le lieu est proche de plusieurs sites touristiques qui valent le détour (Alghero et la grotte de Neptune, Sassari, la Basilique San Gavino de Porto Torres, plages,...), et à la fois extrèmement tranquille car éloigné d’autres habitations. Nous recommandons!

Die Unterkunft ist einfach perfekt: Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe und Sinn für Details eingerichtet. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und auch Pool und Terrasse ließen absolut keine Wünsche offen. Das Grundstück, in das das Anwesen in Alleinlage eingebettet ist, ist ein zusätzliches Plus: Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und einem Weinberg kann man hier so richtig die Seele baumeln lassen. Nicht zuletzt waren die verantwortlichen Verwalter und die Hausbesitzer echte Schätze: Sie sind uns bei jedweden Anfragen und auch persönlichen Schwierigkeiten (unser Hund hatte sich während unseres Aufenthalts verletzt) stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden und haben immer prompt auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wirklich ein außergewöhnlich schönes Erlebnis – sowohl, was die Unterkunft betrifft, als auch menschlich. Wir empfehlen Le camere di TENUTE FILARIS uneingeschränkt und zu 100 Prozent weiter!

Herzlichen Dank für einen super schönen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war vollkommen perfekt, der Pool sauber und das Haus innen gepflegt, praktisch und mit allem ausgestattet. Auch wunderschöne Alleinlage wie wir es gewünscht haben. Am Abend zwar einige Insekten, aber die sind überall :) der Strand zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar oder mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Glasklares Wasser und bei uns im Juni vorallem am Nachmittag so gut wie leer. Maurizio war unser Ansprechpartner und uns immer eine Hilfe. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

We spent a very present and relaxing stay in Maria’s villa. The location of the villa is perfect, with beautiful panoramic views of La Cinta beach and Tavolara Island, the most beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in 30 minutes by car. During our 9 day stay we went to a different beach every day, hard to say which is the best, they are all beautiful! Watching the sun rise on La Cinta beach was wonderful! The house is well furnished and decorated as shown in the photos, large kitchen with everything needed for cooking, and is very clean. The only thing that doesn’t match the description is that there are only 2 and a half bathrooms, the 3rd is a toilet in the laundry room with no tub or shower. The owner is very nice, she called several times to make sure we were having a good stay in her villa of hers. The housekeeper Mr. Danilo is also very kind.

Siamo arrivati e ci ha accolto Maurizio di BeLocations mostrandoci la casa, in più ci avevano preso due bottiglie d’acqua una frizzante ed una naturale ed un ottima bottiglia di vino rosso per gustarsi il tramonto, un gesto gentile che rappresenta la qualità del servizio. Inutile dire che la casa è meravigliosa, attrezzata di tutto e una vista sul mare. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e sicuramente torneremo.

Visiting Sardinia and finding this marine reserve was an unexpected emotion. We had a great time in our stay here, wonderful awakenings with Tavolara and Molara in front and spending time on the beach! Highly recommended for those who love nature and the peace it gives

Das Anwesen befindet sich in herrlicher Hanglage über einer Bucht mit wunderbaren Blick über die Küstenlandschaft. Eine kleine Sandbucht mit Versorgung ist in 5 min erreichbar, ebenso eine idyllische Felsbucht. Zu unserer Suite gehörte ein toller, großer Pool ebenfalls mit allgewaltigen Blick über die Küste. Großer Essbereich, Sonnenliegen, Kräutergarten...alles perfekt für uns!
(La proprietà si trova su una bellissima collina sopra una baia con una meravigliosa vista sul paesaggio costiero. Una piccola baia sabbiosa con rifornimenti è raggiungibile in 5 minuti, così come un’idilliaca baia rocciosa. La nostra suite aveva una grande, grande piscina, anche con una vista a tutto tondo della costa. Ampia zona pranzo, lettini prendisole, orto delle erbe aromatiche... tutto perfetto per noi!)

Our stay in the Villa was simply magical! Very beautiful, elegant and spacious. I could have spent days just sitting on the terrace admiring that sensational view! The kitchen is also suitable for the most demanding chefs (ie my husband!). With all the amenities you can ask for. The beds are all very comfortable, extra linen is available, it’s spotlessly clean and very cozy too. We felt like our home away from home for the 2 weeks we were there. Swimming in the pool every day at sunrise and sunset was also a highlight: I didn’t want to leave! The location could not have been better, being only a few minutes drive from some of the best beaches on the island. You are a very caring and generous host and although you weren’t there I was always in touch and had a lovely Giovanni who looked after us. Thanks Valentina - we will be back without a doubt!

Maison très bien équipée, très isolée, au calme et en pleine nature (le chemin difficile d’accès depuis Porto Torres) ne prenez pas le chemin indiqué par la carte, mais traversez le gîte agro-touristique Ezzi Mannu et en tout cas obtenez des conseils du splendide Héberger

Alloggio confortevole, la descrizione rispecchia la realtà. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, grande open space per la zona giorno con cucina ben equipaggiata. Lussuoso l’esterno con la bella piscina, una grande terrazza dove abbiamo passato le sere al ritorno dal mare. E un silenzio rotto solo dai grilli.

Se per voi vacanza è sinonimo di relax e benessere a 360°, l’ Eremo è la soluzione perfetta. Sarete immediatamente a vostro agio, immersi nel verde e nella pace della macchia mediterranea, tra profumi di mirto e lavanda, con una meravigliosa vista che spazia dalle colline circostanti, al golfo di Cannigione fino alle isole dell’Arcipelago ed alla Corsica. Tutti gli ambienti interni e gli spazi esterni denotano il gusto, la cura e l’amore per i particolari per cui non troverete arredi banali e di serie, ma camere confortevoli e personalizzate. Iniziate la giornata godendo il panorama eccezionale E’ possibile raggiungere in poco tempo molte spiagge incantevoli circondate da rocce granitiche o dune sabbiose, ma raccomando assolutamente anche la gita nelle isole dell’Arcipelago con la barca di Claudio, che vi condurrà nelle calette più belle dai colori smeraldini. Ho soggiornato con la mia compagna immersi nel verde per 5 notti, La strada è abbastanza difficoltosa sopratutto nell ultimo tratto (in salita) ma per arrivare in un posto così bello ne vale la pena! Panorama mozzafiato al mattino...mentre alla sera arriva lo spettacolo del cielo stellato! Inoltre è presente un frigo con freezer per gli ospiti. Pulizia delle camere da migliorare, per il resto ANDATECI!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso 3 notti a luglio in questo magnifico b&b. La struttura è assolutamente magnifica, ben curata, ben arredata e sa di casa. La nostra camera era spaziosa con terrazzino privato dove, tornati la sera, prendevamo un aperitivo immersi nel verde dell’eremo. Potrete avere tutto nelle camere. Ogni comfort. Meraviglioso terrazzo con una vista mozzafiato. Grazie, siete state parte integrante del bellissimo ricordo di questa vacanza. Un abbraccio

Panorama davvero notevole sulla Costa Smeralda, esterni ed interni molto curati fin nei dettagli e accoglienza affettuosa. Soltanto la strada fa difetto: 2 km di sterrata più una salita finale abbastanza impegnativa.. ma ne vale la pena!

Tutto perfetto! La villa si presentava esattamente come da foto e descrizioni, su una collina con vista fantastica e perfetta per un soggiorno di relax.
