Villasimius, the pearl of the south, is a dream tourist destination, with a population that in winter does not exceed four thousand inhabitants, but which grows exponentially during the warmer months with the arrival of tens of thousands of tourists. Its coast is made up of the "Corona" beach, dotted with small rocks and the promontory of Capo Carbonara.
Starting from Capo Boi, the southern end of the marine reserve, along the panoramic road you will see the beautiful beaches of Porto sa Ruxi, Campus and Campulongu, all characterized by blue sea and white sand dunes, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. Near the city center is the very particular Riso beach, which differs from the other beaches for the "grains" that compose it. Beyond the modern tourist port, on the western side of Capo Carbonara, some small bays open up between the rocks, including Cala Caterina.

Insieme al mio compagno e al nostro cane, ci godiamo molto il nostro soggiorno. La vista è mozzafiato. Trascorriamo intere serate godendoci. La casa ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Apprezziamo molto anche l’host. Davide che non solo ci ha fornito istruzioni molto chiare su come arrivare a casa sua, ma è stato anche molto gentile e reattivo. Consigliamo vivamente questo luogo e ci torneremmo di nuovo.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno da Davide e Silvia che sono padroni di casa accoglienti, cordiali e disponibili. Il loro alloggio è confortevole, dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per godere appieno del nostro soggiorno. La biancheria da letto è di buona qualità. Menzione speciale per la doccia esterna di cui non si può più fare a meno. La posizione è favolosa: le terrazze godono di una vista eccezionale sul golfo e sulle spiagge circostanti, in un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso. Si consiglia di avere un veicolo perché la salita che porta alla casa è ripida. Torneremo sicuramente tanto abbiamo apprezzato la nostra vacanza

Una settimana in questa splendida Villa...possiamo solo dire SUPER!!! Ottima posizione, tutto nelle vicinanze ( meglio avere la macchina) Quartiere molto bello e tranquillo. Splendida vista dalla Villa. Davide è un ottimo host, molto gentile e zero Problemi di comunicazione! Possiamo solo consigliare!!!

La villa è ancora più bella dal vivo rispetto alle immagini. Lo spazio esterno e il panorama sulla baia sono ciò che ci resta negli occhi e nel cuore. L’host e sua moglie Silvia sono estremamente attenti e super disponibili sempre, pur nella riservatezza e nel rispetto. Dalla villa si possono raggiungere le magnifiche spiagge di costa rei in poco tempo e il centro di Villasimius dista pochi chilometri. La spiaggia di Campolongu è raggiungibile in pochi minuti, occorre l’auto esclusivamente per la salita da percorrere per tornare a casa. All’interno sono disponibili due frigoriferi e i fornelli nel patio consentono di cucinare comodamente. La doccia esterna è veramente piacevole. Tutto assolutamente consigliato, torneremo non appena sarà possibile.
