The house has a garden with barbecue, patio, veranda for outdoor dining, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning and private parking. It comfortably accommodates 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 with the sofa bed.
The center of Villasimius is 3 km away and the splendid beaches of the area can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes by car.

Entering the Villetta, you enter a space where there is the living room with sofa bed, the equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven and microwave, a first double bedroom and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet.
From the kitchen you enter an internal courtyard equipped with washing machine, drying rack and containers for recycling.
From the living room you go up to the upper floor, where there is the second equipped double bedroom and the second bathroom with shower.
Both spaces, both the lower and upper ones, are equipped with air conditioning.
The garden is composed of native trees and green lawn, a fireplace for barbecues, a large patio with a large wooden table to enjoy the pleasure of eating outdoors and, finally, a veranda with a sitting area to relax.

In addition to the interior spaces of the house and the garden, the residence is complete with tennis courts, basketball and soccer fields and a small playground under the pine forest.
The house also has a convenient free private parking space inside the Residence.

Outside the Residence everything is within easy reach: just 100 meters away there is a convenient market/tobacconist, a bar with bike rental and a restaurant.
The splendid Campus beach can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, but all the enchanting beaches in the area (Punta Molentis, Porto Giunco, and many others), each with its own unique charm, can be reached in maximum 15 minutes by car.
The center of Villasimius, 3 km away, offers all the services you need: restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, shops, bars, pharmacies and much more.
Elmas airport is about 50 minutes away by car and it is possible to book a private shuttle service if necessary.
