General Info
The Solanas beach with its soft golden sand that gives the sea all the possible shades of color, from blue to green through turquoise, has a very wide beach which, especially on busy days, guarantees a lot of space.
The depth of the sea gradually increases, which is why it is one of the favorite destinations for Sardinian families and tourists, children can swim without too many risks. In addition, the beach has behind the small tourist village that offers many comforts.
The village of second homes, which falls within the territory of the Municipality of Sinnai, offers the possibility of shopping due to the presence of various commercial activities. Then there are hotels, restaurants and bars. The beach is equipped with all services.
It can be reached from Cagliari along the coast road to Villasimius, the provincial road 17, Solanas is about 40 km from Cagliari and about 15 km from Villasimius, the coast road offers breathtaking views all the way from the capital to Solanas.
Description
In the center of Solanas, 250 meters from the beach, we find the Solanas Houses.
Three terraced houses plus another house in front of them, set up with the greatest comforts for an ideal beach holiday for the whole family.
The houses can accommodate from 6 to 8 beds each, they consist of a living area with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, closet and 2 bathrooms.
They are also equipped with TV, air conditioning in the living area, refrigerator, electric oven and washing machine.
On the outside there is a practical loggia for eating al fresco, the front lawn, parking space, barbecue and an outdoor shower with hot water.

Wir haben für 9 Tage(10/23) 2 Ferienhäuser mit 14 Personen in Solanas(Sardinien) bezogen. Die Häuser sind traumhaft, alles was das Herz begehrt ist in der Einrichtung zu finden. Bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde sofort weitergeholfen.
Der wunderschöne Strand von Solanas ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Im Ort gibt es Restaurants, eine kleine Bar mit angrenzenden Geschäft wo man das nötigste bekommt.
Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Completely ideal accommodation for a large family with 5 children, close to the beach, the garden area was just enough, the larger ones had a private space

My and my friends had a really nice stay here! It was small, quiet, and beautiful in Solanas. The house is only a 7 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to a small grocery store and other restaurants. Such a cute place

The apartment is as described. Everything was spotlessly clean and well prepared.
We (two families with 4 adults and 3 children) spent a wonderful week in Solanas. The kids enjoyed their own room (two bunk beds), both parents had a private bedroom with comfortable mattresses (one mattress was brand new). Two bathrooms with two very practical toilets. Each window is equipped with fully functional mosquito nets, it is possible to shower on site even after check-out.
The distance from the splendid beach is very close (5 minutes on foot), even for a take-away pizza for sunset evenings.
The contacts are very helpful and respond within minutes. They helped us with all kinds of activities (car rentals, restaurants, shopping options). Thanks again!
