Dreaming Villa is a residence of absolute charm located in the exclusive Puntaldia Consortium, a short distance from San Teodoro.
The property is surrounded by wonderful beaches of crystal clear water and white sand: Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, La Cinta and the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
A few steps from the villa is the path of the exclusive Puntaldia Golf Club, where golf enthusiasts can practice their favorite sport facing the sea.
Two of the most important landmarks in the area are Castle of Pedes and the Tomb of the Giants Su Monte and S’Ape.
Among the fun sporting initiatives in the area are scuba diving and snorkeling or, in the vicinity, you can indulge in activities such as mountain biking and cycling.
Dreaming Villa is composed of different bright environments: a large and bright living area, characterized by large windows overlooking the covered veranda and the garden, furnished with curtains and cushions with an unmistakable Sardinian taste and a well-equipped kitchen covered with original Cerasarda tiles.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with bathroom and two bedrooms, also double but with shared bathroom, in the main house.
In the annex, however, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom.
A well-kept garden with a wonderful sea view surrounds the house and a welcoming and functional barbecue area has been equipped under the gazebo, ideal for convivial moments in the open air.
The recently built private swimming pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing patio and on the roof there is a solarium from which you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the sea.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi and TV in every room.
