The sand is very fine, the water is transparent and the seabed slopes gently, making each dive a new discovery.

In this place we can admire numerous enchanting beaches, including the Spiaggia di Tuerredda, one of the most beautiful beaches; Su Giudeu Beach, a very long stretch of sand that overlooks the rocky islet of Su Giudeu; Piscinnì Beach, a small beach of very white sand.

Recently renovated Villa Libeccio enjoys divine views to while away the long summer days; just minutes from typical shops and restaurants, not far from the prestigious IsMolas golf club and close to the lively town of Pula.

Inside the villa enjoys a large living and dining area, which opens onto the large semi-covered veranda with wonderful sea views. The kitchen has a wonderful sea view, is open plan and well equipped.

The rest of the villa is divided into five double bedrooms and four bathrooms with shower (one en-suite). All the bedrooms inside Villa Libeccio are equipped with air conditioning and have access to the garden/terrace area with views.

Looking outside the house, we can admire a splendid private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. The Mediterranean gardens are completely fenced and the large sheltered veranda is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.

The villa has an area with a brick barbecue and a stone table for outdoor dining. There is also the possibility of parking your car.
