For groups of up to six people, in a wonderful family atmosphere just 200 meters from the beach (8 min walk), it is the ideal spot to be sporty active or relax by the pool overlooking the sea.
The villa is on a hillside in Via Toro, a low traffic, cul-de-sac road, with holiday villas all along. Genn’ e Mari beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. Should you have more beach equipment, you can take the car and park for free at the beach parking area.
There is car parking in front of the house on the right side along the road or up, next to the house.
The entire house was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a Mediterranean style with all technical comforts transpiring a relaxed beach-house feeling.
