Enjoy nature, relaxation, dolce vita and an enchanting landscape in southern Sardinia - Torre Delle Stelle, in this stunning Villa Splendida, with fantastic sea views and a private swimming pool. For groups of up to six people, in a wonderful family atmosphere just 200 meters from the beach (8 min walk), it is the ideal spot to be sporty active or relax by the pool overlooking the sea.

The villa is on a hillside in Via Toro,  a low traffic, cul-de-sac road, with holiday villas all along. Genn’ e Mari beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. Should  you have more beach equipment, you can take the car and park for free at the beach parking area.

Villa Splendida was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in Mediterranean style with all technical comforts and conveys a relaxing "villa by the sea" atmosphere. The house and the swimming pool (3 x 9.5 x 1.2 m) can be heated during cooler days, offering comfort even in spring and autumn.
