Bella Vista Ivonne si trova a Torre delle Stelle, lungo la strada che da Cagliari porta a Villasimius, nel sud-est della Sardegna.
Torre delle Stelle ha due splendide spiagge di fine sabbia bianca, Genn’e Mari e Cann’e Sisa...
Le acque sono di media profondità e il mare di un azzurro-verde dalle mille sfumature e per la sua particolare posizione può vantare l’estate più lunga di tutta l’isola.
Il villaggio è un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare le tante spiagge della zona, alcune ancora selvagge come quella di Sa Ruxi, circondata da un boschetto di ginepri modellati dal vento o Mari Pintau, famosa per i colori delle sue acque.
Ma anche le zone montane come il Parco Naturale dei Settefratelli e le Foreste di Castiadas che preservano il Cervo Sardo, in via di estinzione.
Cagliari città è a soli 30 km.

Bella Vista Ivonne è una villa panoramica recentemente ristrutturata, vista sul mare con ampio patio dove fare colazione la mattina o godere della brezza marina durante la cena.
Salone con camino e angolo cottura attrezzato con microonde, forno e lavastoviglie.
Nel piano rialzato sono presenti due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali ed una camera da letto con due letti per bambini.
Due bagni con doccia e una lavatrice.
A 300 metri dal mare.
Posto auto riservato soprastante la Villa.
Le spiaggie di Genn è Mari e Cann è Sisa sono raggiungibili in auto in 5 minuti. Ottime anche le spiaggie di Solanas e Pari Pintau a 15 minuti

We liked everything. A house with great taste, an indescribable view, the design is thought out to the smallest details. The owners are very hospitality and great people. We really felt at home here. The perfect place to take a rest from city routine.

Appartamento grande e confortevole con vista incredibile su una piccola baia. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno nel sud della Sardegna e potremmo tornare con gli amici, poiché l’appartamento ha più spazio di quanto avessimo bisogno.

The house is tastefully furnished with a breathtaking view. The staff was very helpful and reachable at any time. The driveway is a dirt road. You can also walk to the beach but it takes 15 minutes downhill. We really enjoyed our stay and the wifi is free. Anyway, thanks for a nice four days! I would recommend the location when visiting the south!

Beautiful and a comfortable house. Great view towards the west. It is not possible to reach the sea by walking

We spent a great holiday in Bella vista Casa Ivonne, which had fantastic views over the sea for lovely breakfasts on the house terrace. There are two beaches directly in Torre Delle Stelle and several others up to 30 min driving both to the South and East Sardinia coasts. The villa was nice, clean, spacious and well equipped. Communication with Maurizio was quick and easy and we got very useful hints and advice about local life and amenities. It was definitely a memorable holiday for our family.
