The Puntaldìa residential complex is one of the most prestigious in the north-west area of Sardinia.

The La Marina apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a mezzanine and 2 bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge and dishwasher.
The open living room consists of a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa, a TV and dining area with a huge table for 8-10 people which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the Marina.

If you like being in the center of the action ("the little square") and facing the Marina with beautiful boats and yachts, the place is perfect! The view from the terrace is incredible. The apartment is as described and very comfortable with 2 bedrooms (plus another small one in the mezzanine) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is a little small but well stocked. Overall it was a fantastic stay!

De foto’s op de website doen de werkelijkheid eer aan. Prachtig uitzicht op de haven de de zee. Uitgebreide faciliteiten in het huis, zoals bijv. wasmachine, droogrek, strijkijzer en -plank.
Goede communicatie met de verhuurder, in ons geval via WhatsApp. Door een omboeking van de vlucht door de vliegmaatschappij, moesten we een nacht langer blijven. Dat was in dit geval, eind april, geen probleem.

Perfectly located and tasteful equipped flat. overwhelming view on the harbor and island in front of the coast of beautiful Puntaldia. Host is super nice and always available. We loved the spirit of this locations, the view and the lovely arranged handicraft details like typical Sardinian curtains, pillows and pictures on the walls. Dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge plus freezer and an induction cooker made life easy... Always again! to be honest - everything was like we wanted it to be.
